The only serious problem was the Wifi system. 10 Euro for 1 hour on-line is unheard of. The hotel needs to get its own station and integrate internet service in the price of the room in order to meet competitor´s standards. Other than that the service was fine according to 4 star needs. Getting to the hotel was convenient from the RER but unfortunately one had to pass through a few panhandlers. Our room was nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed. Though not part of the hotel room price, the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
