La posizione è ottimale per muoversi, basta raggiungere l'Opera e da lì ci si muove dappertutto. Facile anche arrivare dall'Aeroporto con Roissybus (non è molto puntuale, ma se preso con largo anticipo è comodissimo)

Superb hotel excellent situation between two Metro stations with easy access to Gare du Nord. Will definately recommend and stay there again, and will book through Venere again.

On arrival our room was not ready, we were told to leave ur baggage at reception and come back in an hour. However our baggage was not locked away securely but just left lying in reception for anyone to pick up. The man at reception was also a little short which didn't make for a good start. When we got to our room it was very small, although was clean. Had to pay for the safe, at 2.50e a night. When I went back down to get the safe lock I was asked to give my credit card again, even although I had already given it when checking in. I found this a little strange and refused to the guy at receptions consternation. Breakfast was extra at 9e a day per person, which was a little steep and you get breakfast at a cafe nearby cheaper. The room had air conditioning, although it was only working the first morning, after that it just flashed central which i assume meant it was being controlled centrally, not ideal. The room was then hot so we had to open the windows, as our room faced out back, it was very noisy, two nights in a row there was people playing what sounded like football with a plastic bottle. Also there was people constantly coming out to the bins and slamming them shut. However in saying all that, SOME and i stress some, of the staff were very accomodating and very nice. In reality Paris is lovely and this hotel is very handy for the metro and is in a nice area. The way the hotel was certainly didn't ruin my holiday, nothing could because Paris is lovely, but just be warned. It was one of the cheaper hotels in Paris, and also I believe most hotel rooms in Paris are small. If you do go, check out the lovely brasserie round the corner called Le Mignon.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE HOTEL, THE LOCATION IS OK, TWO BLOCKS FROM THE NEAREST SUBWAY STATION "CADET". ROOMS WERE CLEAN, AS ALL PARIS HOTELS ROOMS ARE SMALL BUT ENOUGH. DID NOT TRY BREAKFAST, THE BREAKFAST ROOM WAS OK BUT THINK IT'S A LITTLE BIT EXPENIVE (12 EUROS) FOR BREAD AND COFFEE. GOOD EXPERIENCE DEFINETELY WOULD RECOMEND THIS HOTEL.

We loved it! Great price, safe area, clean rooms, very helpful staff, lots of great bistros in the area. Highly recommended.

The rooms were extremely small but somewhat clean. The staff was unfriendly and not helpful at all. In their brochure they stated that they could help us with bookings...when asking to book a show they told us to go to a tourist office. They offered us no help. We did ask for help from a nearby Best Western and they helped us without being a guest. Next time..I plan to stay at the Best Western. By the way, the price that we were quoted was different...they decided to tack on 6 extra euros!

Piccolo albergo situato in una zona non centralissima. Le camere anche se non molto grandi sono in compenso molto pulite e ben fatte, insonorizzate e ottimamente climatizzate nel periodo estivo; Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio.

Breakfast is not included in the price of the room and costs 12 euro per person. Excellent position in relation to public transportation (bus/metro). Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are good with new appliances.
