I've been told most Paris hotels have small rooms and these were smaller than the usual American hotel, but still comfortable. The staff were wonderful. They bent over backward to be helpful and were exceptionally warm, friendly, and service oriented. We would go back just because of them, even if the rooms were less than advertised, which they weren't. We haven't stayed in any other Paris hotel to compare this to, but we were very satisfied with all aspects of the service and hotel and would recommend it to others.
